world war one was a glabal war because not only nations that were involved in the war were fighting but many countries around there and also across the world were also involved.

why did the germans go to such great lengths to destroy britians empire?

is serbia to blame or Austria hungary for world war I

i think Serbia and Austria are to blame because if there was no assassination then there would not have been an ultimatum. If Serbia didn't kill Austria's leader then then the ultimatum never would have been made then Austria would have no reason to attack Serbia but then again Austria could have cared less about their leader dieing. All Austria wanted was a reason to attack Serbia.
